Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unused products within 7 days. Once we get the returned item, SANDEEP MASALE. will provide a full refund (minus delivery, as we are unable to refund the original shipping cost of your transaction).

We cannot provide a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of return delivery. All returns are welcome. We might have to ship an item back to you if it is returned to us in an unsatisfactory condition, which is a very rare occurrence. Every item will be inspected upon return.

Discounted items are not returnable.

Items that are returned must be sent to us unused, in their original packing, and in the same condition as when they were received; otherwise, they might not be refunded or incur a restocking fee. Items that are lost or damaged during a return shipment are not our responsibility.​
